Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if any, are calculated based on the destination and the order value. Orders
exceeding the minimum value threshold may qualify for free delivery, subject to the
destination and applicable terms.
How are orders placed on Prideska delivered?
Orders placed on Prideska are dispatched through our network of trusted courier partners,
based on service availability in your area. The list of courier partners is updated regularly to
ensure seamless delivery.
How can I get my order delivered faster?

Currently, we do not offer expedited delivery services. If such a service becomes
available in the future, and your area is serviceable, we will notify you.
Alternatively, you can opt for products marked for fast delivery, with a delivery
timeframe of 3-5 business days.
I received a partial order or a damaged/void package. What should I do?
If you receive a partial order, an empty package, or a damaged package, please report the
issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe will not be
entertained.
